The African Baboon is a species of Old World monkey that is found in many parts of Africa. It is the most widespread species of baboon, with four recognized subspecies: the MANDRILL (8 letters), DRILL (5 letters), Chacma (6 letters) and Gelada (6 letters). The MANDRILL is the largest and most colorful of the baboons, while the DRILL is the smallest. The Chacma is found in southern Africa, and the Gelada is found in the Ethiopian Highlands. All four subspecies are highly social animals, living in large groups and foraging for food together.
