Isabella Rossellini is an Italian-American actress, model, author, philanthropist, and activist. She is best known for her role as Dorothy Vallens in the 1986 film Blue Velvet. She is the daughter of Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman and Italian director Roberto Rossellini. She has appeared in numerous films and television series since then, including Death Becomes Her, Big Night, and Joy. She has also written and directed several short films.
