Lila Kedrova was an actress best known for her Academy Award-winning performance in the 1964 film 'Zorba the Greek'. She was born in Russia in 1909 and began her career as a stage actress in the 1920s. She went on to appear in numerous films, including 'The Unforgiven' (1960), 'The Night of the Iguana' (1964), and 'The Shoes of the Fisherman' (1968). She also appeared in television shows such as 'The Twilight Zone' and 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E.'. Kedrova died in 2000 at the age of 91.
