Dyan Cannon is an American actress, director, screenwriter, editor, and producer who is best known for her role as Betty Logan in the 1978 romantic comedy-fantasy film Heaven Can Wait. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in the 1969 drama Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice. Cannon has also appeared in films such as The Anderson Tapes (1971), The Last of Sheila (1973), and Deathtrap (1982).
