Eli Wallach was an American actor who had a career spanning over six decades. He is best known for his roles in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, The Magnificent Seven, and The Godfather Part III. He won a Tony Award for his performance in The Rose Tattoo in 1951 and was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in The Misfits in 1961. He was also awarded an honorary Oscar in 2010 for his lifetime achievement.
