Ron Moody is an English actor, singer, composer and writer. He is best known for his role as Fagin in the 1968 musical film Oliver! He also appeared in films such as The Twelve Chairs and The Bed Sitting Room. He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in the film. He has also appeared in numerous stage productions, including the original production of Lionel Bart's musical Oliver!
