Actor Hal LINDEN is best known for his role as the title character in the 1970s sitcom Barney Miller. He has also appeared in numerous films and television shows, including The Love Boat, Murder She Wrote, and Law & Order. He won an Emmy Award for his performance in Barney Miller and was nominated for a Tony Award for his role in the Broadway musical The Rothschilds. LINDEN is also an accomplished jazz musician and has released several albums.
