Actor David Ogden Stiers is an American actor, director, and musician. He is best known for his role as Major Charles Emerson Winchester III in the television series M*A*S*H. He has also appeared in films such as The Dead Zone, Better Off Dead, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Stiers has won two Emmy Awards and has been nominated for four others. He has also been nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
