Acclimatisation is the process of adapting to a new environment or situation. It involves three main components: ADAPTATION, COMPLIANCE and ADJUSTMENT. ADAPTATION is the process of changing behaviour in order to fit into a new environment. COMPLIANCE is the act of following rules or regulations in order to fit into a new environment. ADJUSTMENT is the process of making changes to one's behaviour in order to fit into a new environment. Acclimatisation is an important process for anyone who is moving to a new place or starting a new job. It helps them to adjust to their new surroundings and become comfortable in their new environment.
