The term ABBA OF ISRAEL'S HISTORY is referring to the Israeli diplomat and politician Abba Eban, who served as Israel's Foreign Minister from 1966 to 1974. He was also a member of the Knesset, Israel's parliament, from 1950 to 1974. Eban was a major figure in the establishment of the State of Israel and was instrumental in negotiating the 1949 Armistice Agreements with the Arab states.
