An electric generator, also known as a STATIC machine, is a device that produces electricity. It works by converting mechanical energy into electrical energy using electromagnetic induction. The generator consists of a rotating part, usually a coil of wire, and a stationary part, usually a magnet. When the coil rotates, it creates a magnetic field which induces an electric current in the coil. This current is then used to power electrical devices.
