The 90s VEEP was Al GORE, who served as the 45th Vice President of the United States from 1993 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton. He was the first elected official to hold the office of Vice President in the 21st century. GORE was also a Senator from Tennessee from 1985 to 1993 and a Congressman from Tennessee from 1977 to 1985. He was a key figure in the development of the internet and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007 for his work on climate change.
