A-ha was a Norwegian pop group formed in the 1980s. They are best known for their hit single 'Take On Me' which topped the charts in several countries and was one of the most successful singles of the decade. The band consisted of lead vocalist Morten Harket, guitarist Paul Waaktaar-Savoy, and keyboardist Magne Furuholmen. They released nine studio albums and achieved worldwide success with their synthpop sound.
